Yoga for Black People

I just got back into Yoga a few weeks ago.. so I'm looking for any tips to help make the transition a bit easier..

I do not think this will help anyone who wants to learn yoga...


  1. You should try Kundalini or Kripalu. Those paths make transitioning back a little easier.
