Adele - Someone Like You Video

Adele released a music video for the song "Someone Like You".

I love this song... the first time I heard it - I cried... yes I said it... I cried...

It's her voice... she's amazing... I'd love to see her live.
And I'm always a fan of videos possessing continuity shots.

Karmin - Cover Band / Duo

The other day I came across this cool cover band/duo named "Karmin."

Karmin consists of Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan who just so happen to be engaged and just so happen to have an awesome youtube channel filled with tons of songs that they've covered.

It's mostly top 100 type of songs, but who cares they are super cute and fun to watch... it's hard to admit this but I will shake my ass to Enrique Iglesias' song "Tonight" and Karmin's cover just cracks me up... and their Rihanna's "Only Girl" cover ain't so bad either.

New Nails

I'm done with the french tip look (for now) and I'm loving the UV gel manicures (again)...

I know it's Autumn but I just had to add a bright color to my life one last time :)

What are your thoughts on this O.P.I. color?

Fashion's Night Out - 2011

I do not generally post about makeup but a few weeks ago, well on Fashions Night Out, I experienced the magic of having my make up done via an airbrush machine.

I always knew that ladies at trade shows get airbrushed but I never experienced the airbrush myself.

I was at Sephora and I actually waited in line to use this product.

It's called the Temptu airbrush make up system and the little space ship pod (officially called an 'air pod') holds foundation, blush, and highlighter.

The best part of the machine is that it blends the foundation for you. Ohhhh that can save so much time in the morning or when you are going out with the girls.

In the past I've had some artwork airbrushed on arms and chest and the standard airbrush machines used with paint stings a little (similar to getting a tattoo) but the Temptu air brush system squirts out the makeup in the lightest and most airy way. It's amazing.

Here are some pics of me from that night being airbrushed.

Swap Your Face

This is kinda creepy.... developer Arturo Castro displays new software that allows you to swap out parts of your face to a person of your choice.

Freaky/creepy/and kinda funny.

Tameeka's Back!

I'm back! Once again I've fallen into the traveling vortex and if you follow me on facebook and twitter you might have noticed that I was sort of stuck in Florida due to a hurricane named Irene.

But I'm back! Florida was a good time. I got lots of sun, chilled at the beach, had some drinks, got a chance to record some graff, meet some new peeps and brunch the hell out of a Sunday.

You can check out the pics by clicking on the photo:

Now it's time to get back to business.

With that said, Happy Sleepy Monday...

This photo was taken in Miami Florida on South Beach.

I'm not sure what this guy ate but it took him DOWN!!
