Living Healthier: 4th of July Smoothie

Happy Independence Day Everyone!





In addition to having egg whites this morning I made myself a 4th of July smoothie. The smoothie contains blue berries, strawberries, bananas, 1 cup of ice and 1 cup of chobani plain Greek yogurt. I blended the fruit, yogurt, and ice for a few minutes and it came out delicious!
